Interface: 44 pins IDE male
Compatible: 2.5" laptop ATA IDE disk

Power supply: This adapter does not require a separate power supply (power is provided by the 44-pins connection).
Also available: Matching 44 pins mini-IDE cable, available in various lengths.
Other information: The adapter is bootable and can be connected to the normal hard disk connector. Do not hot-plug (just like a regular hard disk).
1 pin too much?
Some laptops require 1 of the 44 pins to be removed. In that case you can simple bend/cut 1 pin, see foto1 and foto2 for the right pin. For most applications however, this is not necessary, and the CF2IDE-adapter can be installed as-is.
